It's a composite material (gypsum-based material in an acrylic resin) called Jesmonite. Considered an eco-resin, it is water-based and non-toxic. It's more eco-friendly than plastic and more durable than ceramic. 

Stellato means starry in Italian. Reminding us of a memorable starry night, with its rich deep black base and white tiny chips, Stellato is the perfect minimalist find for every room.

This item is not dishwasher, microwave or oven-safe. 

These products are sealed with a mixture of beeswax and mineral oil (food-safe) and can be clean with a damp cloth and light detergent. It is advisable to wipe up strong contaminants such as wine or coffee as soon as possible.
